Rules & Regulations (To Be Read Carefully):

Once paid, both the admission (joining) fee and membership fee are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
The membership and amount paid are strictly non-transferable. You may not share, exchange, or transfer your membership to any other person.
Clients must change into indoor workout shoes before entering the workout area. This is to maintain hygiene and floor safety.
All clients are required to bring a clean towel and use it during workouts to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Members are expected to return all equipment (weights, dumbbells, etc.) to their original place after use. Keeping the gym organised is everyone's responsibility.
Members must inform the trainer of any medical conditions or injuries before starting workouts; the gym is not responsible for undisclosed health issues.
Shoes and other personal belongings must not be kept inside the gym premises. This is strictly not permitted. The management will not be responsible for any loss or missing items.
The management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Members are advised to take full responsibility for their own items.
All members must strictly follow the trainer's instructions to ensure safety.
Offensive language, disorderly conduct, or any form of misbehavior towards coaches or fellow members will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in immediate termination of membership from the fitness club.
Misuse of equipment or unsafe training practices is not permitted.
Any damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable to the member.
Proper gym attire and training shoes must be worn at all times. Jeans or heavy clothing are not permitted.
Filming or photography without permission is strictly prohibited; avoid excessive phone use on the gym floor.
Children are strictly not allowed inside the gym premises to avoid injuries and ensure a safe workout environment for all members.
• Freezing of membership is allowed only for continuous periods of 10 to 15 days.
• Applicable only for membership plans of 3 months and above.
• Valid reasons include medical leave, injury, or out-of-town travel.

• No backdated freezing requests will be entertained.
